[B CUBE] C-Trap Optical Tweezers (LUMICKS)
The C-Trap from LUMICKS is a dual trap optical tweezers setup. The two traps can be controlled individually x and y. The system is equipped with a fully integrated microfluidics pump controller and a 3D piezo stage for high-precision control of displacements. The instrument allows for, e.g., sensing of molecular conformation changes as well as manipulation and sensing of other molecular interactions.
