W8 - Zeiss AxioZoom ApoTome (Zeiss)
Motorized Macro-Zoom microscope equipped with an ApoTome.2 for improved z-contrast. The system features two cameras: one color camera for Brightfield imaging of e.g. histological samples and one B/W camera for Fluorescence imaging. Several options for epi- and trans-illumination are available in Brightfield mode. The system is optimized for samples requiring a very large field of view in the millimeter to centimeter range.
